Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 18bd platform. By registering an account or using any service on 18bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using 18bd. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

18+ Age Requirement

The 18bd platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Creating an account as a minor or facilitating access for a minor is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 18bd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged or closed, with bonuses and winnings earned on secondary accounts being voided at 18bd's sole discretion.

Taka-Only Transactions

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 18bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions are processed exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

Fair Play Guaranteed

All games on the 18bd platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by any party. RTP (Return to Player) rates for slot games are independently verified and disclosed within each game's information panel.

Responsible Gaming Tools

18bd provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to every registered player. Using these tools is encouraged. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are urged to contact our responsible gaming team immediately.

Privacy & Data Protection

Player data collected during registration and account use is handled in accordance with 18bd's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 18bd ("18bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://18bd.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 18bd platform, you confirm that:

You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform.
You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
The funds you deposit belong to you personally and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

            Important: If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 18bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
          

These Terms should be read alongside 18bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 18bd.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 18bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions in order to register an account and use the platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts may not register.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

            18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: 18bd uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the age and identity of players. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended and any funds held pending investigation. Knowingly providing false information about your age is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
          

Geographic Restrictions

18bd is operated as a platform targeted at the Bangladesh market and is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate any law applicable in their jurisdiction. 18bd makes no representation that the platform is lawful to use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Age Verification Process

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 18bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may be withheld pending successful completion of age and identity verification.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on 18bd, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. 18bd reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 18bd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 18bd identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts will be voided. The balance held in any duplicate account may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 18bd will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must:

Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
Log out of your account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
Notify 18bd immediately at support@18bd.club if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Liability: 18bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any wagers placed on your account prior to 18bd being notified of a security breach are considered valid and binding.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable standards, 18bd may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification documents may include your NID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 18bd — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion.

Accepted Payment Methods

18bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. 18bd does not charge any platform-side deposit fees. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment account used to make your most recent deposit or to a verified account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks. 18bd reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned (less any processing charges applied by the payment provider) and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Funds and Interest

Funds held in your 18bd gaming wallet are held for the purpose of wagering and are not investment instruments. 18bd does not pay interest on any balance held in a gaming wallet. Funds deposited to your gaming wallet may only be used for placing wagers on 18bd games and services — they may not be transferred to another player's account.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 18bd offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, account verification status, geographic location) are specified per promotion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
18bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect wagers already accepted under the original promotion terms.
Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
18bd reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other technique specifically designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine intent to play constitutes bonus abuse. 18bd monitors all accounts for such behaviour and will void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

Seasonal Promotions

18bd may run promotional campaigns aligned with culturally significant periods in Bangladesh including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own published terms.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

18bd offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, RNG-based slots and card games, and sports betting markets. Each category operates under a distinct set of rules that players are expected to understand before placing wagers.

RNG Certification

All RNG-based games on 18bd — including slots, virtual card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and instant-win products — are powered by certified random number generators. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party including 18bd. RTP rates for slot titles are verified independently and disclosed in the game information panel accessible before each game session begins.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) are governed by the standard international rules for that game, supplemented by any table-specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game hand or round, 18bd's standard void and re-deal policy applies as communicated by the live dealer or studio notification.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 18bd cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC series, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral matches), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. All bets are accepted subject to maximum stake limits displayed at the time of placement. 18bd reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match cancellations, or events deemed to have been subject to irregular activity.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a wager, the decision of 18bd's internal review team is final, subject to the complaint procedure outlined on the platform. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect display of game state, odds, or potential winnings, 18bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. No claim shall arise from a malfunction that displays a winning outcome that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 18bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player.

Your Obligations

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify 18bd promptly if you suspect a security breach.
Use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for commercial data collection, automated access, or any form of systematic exploitation.
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the platform.
Deposit only funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means.
Play responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you need them.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 18bd and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Creating or operating more than one registered account.
Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to access, navigate, or interact with the platform.
Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly to gain an unfair advantage.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 18bd staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

            Zero Tolerance: 18bd has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Any account found to be engaged in such activities will be immediately suspended, the account balance will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
          

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

18bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in this section. Where possible, 18bd will give reasonable notice of account closure, though this is not always practicable in cases involving suspected fraud or security threats.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). 18bd will attempt to notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, contact support@18bd.club.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting 18bd's support team at support@18bd.club. Any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable pending wagers) will be returned to your verified payment account within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use 18bd's self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure request. Self-exclusion ensures that you will not be sent any marketing communications during the exclusion period and triggers additional responsible gaming safeguards. Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18bd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gaming account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

18bd shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not at the time these Terms were agreed:

Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
Loss of data or corruption of data.
Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).
Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Platform Availability

18bd operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or any other cause of platform unavailability beyond our reasonable control.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 18bd is a gaming entertainment platform, not a financial product. No guarantee of winnings is made or implied. You accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions made on your account.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law

18bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 18bd will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued use of the 18bd platform following the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with 18bd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 18bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the 18bd Terms & Conditions. Players who registered before this date are subject to these Terms from the effective date onward.
